As I get settled into my new home here, I’m starting to make a few changes. I’ve just recently cleaned up the categories, so you may find the post you were looking for has been moved into the Uncategorized section. I haven’t removed any posts, so it’s all still there, just moved around slightly. I’ll be adding more categories as I write about things as well. The latest real estate data tells us that it would take around 10 months to sell all the homes currently on the market, without adding any additional inventory. At the end of February 2008 there were just over 4 million homes for sale nationwide.
